1. Who provides this warranty

This warranty is provided by InfraBeam LLC, with a principal address at 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. It applies to the original end-user purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What is covered

We cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal-care use, including:

• Red LEDs (630 nm and 660 nm) and near-infrared LEDs (850 nm)
• Internal lithium-ion battery cells and charging circuit
• USB-C charging port and onboard control electronics
• Mode-select switch and built-in 3-minute session timer
• Brushed stainless-steel housing and tempered-glass front lens
• Included USB-C cable (1 m), adjustable wrist lanyard, and travel pouch

3. What is not covered

• Cosmetic wear: hairline scratches, fingerprints, scuffs, and dulling of the brushed steel finish from normal handling
• Accidental damage, including drops onto hard surfaces
• Water damage of any kind — the InfraBeam IB-1 is not water resistant; keep it dry and never rinse or submerge it
• Damage from operation or storage outside the published temperature ranges (operating 50 °F – 95 °F; storage 32 °F – 113 °F)
• Damage from charging with a non-compliant adapter or a damaged USB-C cable
• Damage from unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair
• Units used in a commercial, clinical, or rental setting
• Units purchased second-hand or from an unauthorized reseller
• Lost or stolen units

4. What this warranty does not promise

InfraBeam is a personal-care wellness device. It is not a medical device, is not FDA-cleared, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical conditions. This warranty covers the physical device and its accessories against manufacturing defects only. It does not cover or imply any health-related outcome, and we make no claims about results from use.

5. How to make a warranty claim

Email support@buyinfrabeam.com with:

• Your order number or other proof of purchase
• A short description of the issue
• One or two photos, or a short video, if the issue is visible (for example, an LED that no longer lights, a charging port that won’t accept the cable, or a cracked lens)

We’ll respond within one business day during Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET. If the claim is approved, we’ll email a prepaid US return label and choose one of the following remedies, at our discretion:

• Free repair of the unit
• Replacement of the failed component (for example, the USB-C cable or wrist lanyard)
• Full replacement of the unit with the same model

Repaired or replaced units carry the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

6. Registration is optional

You do not need to register your product. Your order receipt is your proof of purchase. If you no longer have your receipt, we can usually locate your order from the email address or shipping address used at checkout.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfraBeam LLC’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product, as described above. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use or loss of time. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
