InfraBeam
About

A small wellness brand with one product.

InfraBeam LLC makes one thing — the InfraBeam IB-1, a handheld red and near-infrared light device for personal-care routines. We don’t sell a panel, a face mask, a wand, or a subscription. We wanted to make a small, well-built device that you could keep in a drawer and actually use.

What we make

One product. One price. One box.

The InfraBeam IB-1 is $79 with free US shipping, 30-day returns, and a 1-year limited warranty. No subscription, no add-ons at checkout, no upsell bundle.

A note
One device.
One lens.
Three wavelengths.
Made to live in a drawer.

How people use it

The InfraBeam IB-1 is built to fit into a routine you already have — a couple of minutes after a shower, before bed, or at your desk. It’s a personal-care wellness device. We don’t make medical, therapy, or pain-relief claims.

Who we are

A small US company that supports its own product.

InfraBeam LLC is a Wyoming-registered company based at 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Our team supports the InfraBeam IB-1 monday – friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm et.

We answer real email from real people. We’re small. We don’t run a call center, and you get the same support team every time you write in. If you email today and email again next month, the same handful of people will read both messages.

How we think about claims

Specs come from the spec sheet. Health claims aren’t ours to make.

This is the section we’d want to read before buying something online. So we wrote it.

Every spec on the product page is sourced from the manufacturer data sheet. We don’t round up, and we don’t pick the most flattering test condition and present it as typical.

We don’t cite percentages like “94% of users reported …” or claim things like “pain-free in 10 minutes a day.” The InfraBeam IB-1 is a wellness device, not a medical device, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise.

We publish the real wavelengths (630, 660, and 850 nm), the real output (approximately 5 W at the lens), the real runtime (approximately 60 minutes per charge), the real weight (5.3 oz), and the real warranty term (1 year). These are the numbers on the box and in the manual.

If something we say turns out to be inaccurate, we correct it on the page. That’s the policy.
