Shipping policy.

1. Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and US territories where the carrier offers service. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territory orders may take an additional 2 – 5 business days in transit and, in some cases, carry a small surcharge — that surcharge is shown on the checkout page before you pay, never added afterward.

We do not ship internationally at this time. If you’re outside the US, we’d rather tell you than take an order we can’t fulfill. Email support@buyinfrabeam.com if you’d like to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

2. Cost

• Tracked shipping on every US order, no minimum
• No handling fees, no signature fees, no insurance surcharges
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state law

3. Processing time

Orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within one business day. “Business day” means Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship the following Monday. Orders placed on a federal holiday ship the next business day.

4. Carriers and delivery times

We choose the carrier based on weight, destination, and current service performance — typically USPS or UPS Ground for domestic orders. Estimated transit times after the parcel leaves our facility:

• Continental US (lower 48): 3 – 7 business days
• Alaska and Hawaii: 5 – 12 business days
• US territories and military addresses: 7 – 21 business days, depending on destination

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier network conditions can extend delivery by a few days.

5. Tracking

Tracking is emailed automatically as soon as a shipping label is generated, usually a few hours before the carrier picks up the parcel. The first tracking scan may not appear until the parcel reaches the carrier’s first sort facility — give it up to 24 hours after you receive the email before assuming there’s an issue. If tracking hasn’t updated 48 hours after the label was generated, email us and we’ll investigate.

6. Address changes and cancellations

We pack quickly, so the cancel-and-change-address window is short. If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, email support@buyinfrabeam.com within one hour of placing your order and include the order number. After the order has been picked, we can no longer redirect it pre-shipment — but you can refuse the package or return it once it arrives under our 30-day return policy.

7. Undeliverable, lost, and stolen packages

If the carrier returns a parcel as undeliverable (bad address, refused, unclaimed), we’ll email you. You can choose a re-ship to a corrected address, or a refund minus the actual outbound shipping cost we paid.

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, please first check with neighbors, household members, and any safe-drop locations. If it’s still missing after 48 hours, email us with your order number and we’ll open a carrier trace. We can’t guarantee replacement for confirmed porch theft, but we’ll work with you and the carrier in good faith.

8. Packaging

Each InfraBeam IB-1 ships in its retail box, inside a padded mailer or small corrugated carton — no oversized boxes, no unnecessary inserts. The outer label does not identify the contents or the brand beyond what the carrier requires.

9. Compliance note

InfraBeam is a personal-care wellness device. It is not a medical device, is not FDA-cleared, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical conditions.
