Terms of service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing buyinfrabeam.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms of service, our privacy policy, and the other policies linked here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You can check out as a guest. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us at support@buyinfrabeam.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send an order-confirmation email. We may decline or cancel any order — for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, address issues, or stock unavailability — and will refund any charge in that case.

5. Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of sales tax. The current price of the InfraBeam IB-1 is $79.00 (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors; if a clearly incorrect price was charged, we’ll contact you before shipping and offer a refund or the corrected price.

6. Payment

Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We don’t store full card numbers on our servers. By submitting payment information, you authorize the processor to charge the total shown at checkout, including any applicable tax and surcharges disclosed on the checkout page.

7. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our shipping policy, which is incorporated by reference. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier; lost-package handling is described in the shipping policy.

8. Returns and warranty

Returns are governed by our 30-day return policy, and manufacturing defects are covered by our 1-year limited warranty. Both are incorporated by reference into these terms.

9. Product use and safety

Please read this section before using the InfraBeam IB-1.

• The InfraBeam IB-1 is a personal-care wellness device. It is not a medical device, is not FDA-cleared, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Do not look directly into the lens, and do not shine the device at the eyes — yours or anyone else’s.
• Do not use on broken skin, open wounds, rashes, or active skin infections.
• Do not use if you are pregnant without first consulting a qualified healthcare provider.
• Do not use if you have a history of photosensitive conditions or are taking photosensitizing medication, without first consulting a qualified healthcare provider.
• Do not use on or near the thyroid, eyes, or any tattooed area without first consulting a qualified healthcare provider.
• Children under 18 should not use the device.
• Keep the device dry. It is not water-resistant; do not rinse, submerge, or use in a steamy environment.
• Stop use and consult a qualified healthcare provider if you experience any adverse reaction.
• For any medical condition or concern, consult a qualified healthcare provider. The InfraBeam IB-1 is not a substitute for medical care.

10. Intellectual property

The site, the InfraBeam name and logo, product designs, photographs, and all related content are owned by InfraBeam LLC or its licensors and are protected by US and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

11. User content

If you send us a review, photo, video, or other content, you grant InfraBeam LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes, with credit where reasonable. You represent that you own the content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

12. Prohibited uses

• Using the site to violate any law or regulation
• Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access
• Scraping the site at a rate that disrupts service, or using bots to place orders
• Reselling the InfraBeam IB-1 as new without our written authorization
• Submitting fraudulent payment information or false chargeback claims

13. Disclaimers

The site and the InfraBeam IB-1 are provided “as is” and “as available”. Except for the express warranty described on the warranty page and any non-waivable rights under applicable law, InfraBeam LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. InfraBeam is a personal-care wellness device. It is not a medical device, is not FDA-cleared, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical conditions.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfraBeam LLC’s total liability arising out of or relating to the site, the InfraBeam IB-1, or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so portions may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InfraBeam LLC, its officers, and its employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the InfraBeam IB-1, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

17. Dispute resolution

We’d rather sort things out by email. If you have a dispute, email support@buyinfrabeam.com first; we agree to try to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. If we can’t, any unresolved dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a recognized US arbitration provider, seated in Sheridan, Wyoming, on an individual basis. You and InfraBeam LLC each waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of your first order with the subject “Arbitration opt-out.”

18. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be reformed to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable.

19. Entire agreement

These terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and InfraBeam LLC regarding the site and the InfraBeam IB-1, and they supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.

20. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site for at least 30 days before they take effect, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the site after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
