You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your InfraBeam IB-1 for a refund. No restocking fee, and no questions about why — though a short note helps us improve.

1. The basics
- Window: 30 days from the date the carrier marks your order as delivered
- Eligible items: the InfraBeam IB-1 and any included accessories (USB-C cable, wrist lanyard, travel pouch)
- Refund amount: full purchase price of $79.00 (USD)
- Refund timing: 5 – 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return
- Refund method: back to the original payment method
2. Personal-care hygiene note
The InfraBeam IB-1 is a personal-care device that people hold close to the skin. For hygiene reasons, please return units that are either unused or only lightly used. We cannot accept returns where the device has been used on broken skin, open wounds, rashes, or in any visibly unsanitary condition. Wipe the lens and housing with a soft, dry cloth before packing the unit.
InfraBeam is a personal-care wellness device. It is not a medical device, is not FDA-cleared, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical conditions.
3. Return shipping
For defective units, we cover return shipping. Email support@buyinfrabeam.com with your order number and a short description, and we’ll send a prepaid US return label.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. We recommend a tracked service — we can’t refund a package that doesn’t arrive.
4. How to start a return
- Email support@buyinfrabeam.com from the email address on your order.
- Include your order number and a one-line reason if you’d like (totally optional — it helps us improve).
- We’ll reply within one business day with a return label (defective) or the return address (change of mind) and a short packing checklist.
- Pack the unit in the original box if you still have it, or any padded box. Include the cable, lanyard, and pouch.
- Drop the parcel with the carrier listed on the label.
5. After we receive it
We inspect every returned unit within 2 business days of arrival at our fulfillment center. You’ll get an email confirming receipt and the inspection result. If the return is approved, the refund is issued the same day; depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically land in your account within 5 – 10 business days.
6. Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We’ll send a replacement at no cost and a prepaid label for the original. You do not need to start a formal return in that case — we’ll handle it from our side.
7. Items we can’t accept
- Units returned after the 30-day window has closed
- Units purchased from a third-party reseller or marketplace — those returns go through the seller
- Units that show physical damage from drops, water exposure, or unauthorized disassembly (those go through the warranty, not returns)
- Promotional gifts and free items, where applicable
8. Exchanges
We only sell one model, so most exchange requests come down to a return-and-reorder. If you’d like a different color or finish in the future, email us — we keep a list and notify customers first when new options ship.
