1. Who we are

InfraBeam LLC, with a principal address at 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, is the data controller responsible for personal information collected through buyinfrabeam.com. You can reach us at support@buyinfrabeam.com during Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET.

2. What we collect

• Order information: name, shipping address, billing address, email address, items ordered
• Payment information: processed by our payment processor; we receive a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number or CVV
• Account information: if you create an account, your email address and a hashed password
• Support communications: messages you send us by email, including any photos or videos you choose to attach
• Device and browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed

We do not knowingly collect more than we need to run the store and ship orders.

3. What we do not collect

We do not collect health information through this site or device. The InfraBeam IB-1 is a personal-care wellness device with no embedded sensors, no companion app, no Bluetooth, no Wi-Fi, and no telemetry. The device itself does not send data anywhere.

InfraBeam is a personal-care wellness device. It is not a medical device, is not FDA-cleared, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical conditions.

4. How we use it

• To process and fulfill your order, including shipping and any returns or warranty claims
• To respond to your support emails
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and chargeback fraud
• To send order updates and tracking emails (transactional, not optional while an order is open)
• To send occasional marketing emails — only if you opt in, with an unsubscribe link in every message
• To improve the website, by reviewing aggregated traffic patterns
• To comply with legal obligations, including tax reporting

5. Who we share it with

We share only what each provider needs to do its job, under a written contract that requires confidentiality:

• Payment processor — to authorize and capture payment
• Shipping carriers — to deliver your order and provide tracking
• Fulfillment provider — to pick, pack, and hand off your order
• Email service provider — to send order updates and any opted-in marketing
• Analytics provider — to measure aggregate site usage
• Fraud-prevention provider — to score transactions for risk
• Legal and government authorities — when required by law, subpoena, or court order

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Cookies

• Essential cookies keep your cart working and your session active. Required.
• Functional cookies remember preferences like region or recently viewed items.
• Analytics cookies measure aggregate traffic. You can opt out via your browser’s “Do Not Track” or our cookie banner.

7. Your rights

Subject to your jurisdiction, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@buyinfrabeam.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what categories of personal information are collected and disclosed, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” as those terms are defined under California law. We do not sell or share personal information in those senses.

8. Children’s privacy

buyinfrabeam.com and the InfraBeam IB-1 are intended for adults. The device is not for use by anyone under 18, and the site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information through the site, email support@buyinfrabeam.com and we’ll delete it.

9. Data retention

We keep order records for at least seven years to meet US tax and accounting obligations. Support emails are retained for up to three years. Marketing-list data is kept until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression record so we don’t email you again by mistake.

10. Security

We protect personal information with TLS in transit, encryption at rest where the provider supports it, role-based access control, and routine review of provider security posture. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure — if a breach occurs that affects you, we’ll notify you in the manner required by applicable law.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, post a notice on the site for at least 30 days. Continued use of the site after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
